Nothing much new, but yet...

There's been a serious lack of updates recently due in most part to my (sudden?) relocation back to Olathe. I really need to strap down and finish redesigning this site. My goal is to have it new and sparkly by the end of August, so hold me to that. I've seen some good movies and read some good stuff too since I've been back, but I'll go into more detail on that shortly since I've been playing poker for the last few hours and could use some sleep. Sweet dreams world.

Back in the O-L-A-T-H-E

Well, I actually moved back. I've spent the better part of this week organizing my new apartment and burying my mind into books and films. It's turning out alright so far...Taylor and I have been immersing ourselves in the catalogue of Fincher (Se7en and The Game so far). Mostly because she hasn't seen all of his stuff, but they're always worth a watch. I really wish Fincher or Andrew Kevin Walker would get to work on something new. Maybe another collaboration, which is probably inevitable anyways.

Anyways- back to the apartment. I've been able to get rid of a lot of junk that I've been carrying around. A purging of some sorts including my desk, love seat (although it never saw any), old armchair, and a cache of various other items that don't need mentioning. So right now my room is pretty barren and my desk is the floor. But it's not so bad really- Im typing this in bed right now! I now need to a) decorate/furnish my room, b) find a job, c) find a real job, d) start writing, e) redesign this layout. Maybe not in that order- but come September, those will all be done. Somehow.
