No Longer In Progress........

*WARNING --- To read entire transcript start from the bottom of today's post. And there may be spoilers so there*

What a shock- Sarah Polley was the killer and Sean Penn died. I guess the story was based on a historical account that "has continued to be debated." Too bad the last hour and a half of the movie didnt reveal anything new. Alright, I'm off to be productive.

In Progress (if you can call it that).......

*WARNING --- To read entire transcript start from the bottom of today's post. And there may be spoilers so there*

These stories really dont have much to them. Sara Polley seems to have a thing for her brother from Sweden or wherever they are from. They're all living in the same house now and she's pretty frigid in a Nurse Ratchet kind of way. Meanwhile in modern times, Mrs Wallace continues to try and solve the "mystery" of the murder, although I don't know why it's just now being reopened. There's some problem with her and Sean Penn's marriage...I think....I dont know, she just act distant or wierd around him. Does this modern story really need to be here??

In Progress Still......

I think Sarah Polley was the real muderer not her husband! (They're both playing people in the flashback scenes on Smutty Nose Island or whatever it's called). Oh well, there ya go, so does Mrs Wallace. She (Sara Polley) just seems to be a disgruntled houswife. I can't really determine what the whole modern story has to do with anything. Sean Penn's brother's girlfriend (Miss Kensington) just seems to be hitting on Sean Penn the whole time even though he's married to Mrs Wallace. It's kind of two boring stories running concurrently- what fun!

In Progress 2......

So I've also discovered that this movie has William Wallace's wife, John Nash's colleague, and the oh so delectable Vanessa Kensington. She definitely looks more naturally beautiful in this film. Actually both of the gals do. Mrs. Wallace seems to be trying to decipher the mystery of the murder from the 100-150 yr old intro. And solving it on a sailboat too!

In Progress....

I'm watching the movie The Weight of Water right now. I don't really have a clue of what it's about. I mean, it just started, so it's not as if I'm not paying attention. I just meant that I rented it without knowing what it was about. It has Sean Penn in it though, so that was my main motivation. And it was a free rental, so that's always nice. It looks as though it takes place around 100-150 years ago. Although maybe this is just the intro. Did they say the island is called Smutty Nose? Whoa, okay...suddenly there's people driving in a car. And it's Sean Penn. And he's smoking (big shock). And he has a mustache.

The Destructive Power of Bleach

Two for two! That's my record of getting bleach on clothing that I didnt want to get it on while at the laundromat (The Wash Palace to be specific). And these aren't shirts that I can easily replace. Aargh. I even put the bleach inside of two plastic bags. Yet it still found a way to pollute my wonderful shirts. I'm so angry I could punch Wade Robson!

At least I found a cool shirt in the free lost and found bin there...

The Gayness that is Wade Robson

Is this really considered dancing? Isnt it just bad karate? This guy looks and acts like that kid you knew in grade school that no one liked, not because he wasnt cool but because he thought he was really cool but was actually a total idiot. "I need to see the potential of a dancer working in the pop culture arena of dance" That doesnt even make sense! Do they pay all these people to cheer for him? Do they pay him?? Oooh, Total Recall is on USA. Good ole Philip K Dick, he never lets me down.

Homer's body engulfed in Flames!

I just got done watching a Lost Boys type movie called Near Dark. In fact, they were made in the same year. Eerie. Like the Lake. Only Eerier (?). Anyways, it's a movie about a magical black leprauchan who falls in love with a 6'4'' white woman. Quite touching.

So after getting over a nasty cold from this weekend, my mouth decided it would be fun to plant a giant chancersore in my cheek. Thus causing this type of conversation at work:

Manager 1: Jason, why aren't you smiling?
Jason: Huh?
Manager 1: I said why aren't you smiling?
Jason: Oh! I have a nasty chancersore in my cheek.
Manager 1: oh *confused/dirty look*
30 Minutes Later...
Manager 2: Jason, what's wrong? Why aren't you smiling?

So it hurts constantly and hurts even more when I try to smile. Therefore, I should probably get some sleep.

A Month? Really?!?

Wow, I really have been slacking on this. I'd make an excuse, but that's all it would be so I won't. I just got done watching Groundhog Day and realized just how great a film it really is. Bill Murray is absolutely flawless in his timing. It really seems like he's underappreciated. That's too bad....

I'm still reading Carter Beats the Devil. Or at least still trying. I don't think I've picked the book up in about two weeks. I do want to finish it though. *sigh*
